Thrive Assisted Living & Memory Care is a licensed provider and regulated by the State of Georgia.   2. The community demographic had concern about “the mountain” having curvy roads and less predictable weather.

  3. The developer had competition from similar properties in the Chattanooga metro.

SOLUTIONS

  1. The developer established an audit program with nearby Covenant College for Thrive residents at no cost to residents, thus attracting more prospective residents to Thrive.

  2. The developer widened the narrow two-lane Scenic Highway in front of Thrive to allow safe egress and ingress.
